We can do either. Many clients prefer to choose their own sanitaryware and tiles, and we will advise on specification and quantities. Alternatively, we can supply everything through our trade accounts, often at better prices than retail.
Can you move plumbing to change the bathroom layout?
Yes, we can relocate soil stacks, waste pipes, and supply pipework to achieve your preferred layout. We will advise on any practical constraints (such as soil stack positions) and the most cost-effective routing.
How long does a bathroom installation take?

Yes, tiling is included as part of our full bathroom service. We are experienced in large-format porcelain, natural stone, metro tiles, and decorative mosaics. We can advise on tile selection to work within your budget and style.
Can you install underfloor heating in a bathroom?
Yes, we install electric underfloor heating (UFH) mats as part of bathroom refits. UFH is ideal in bathrooms, particularly under porcelain or stone tiles, and we include a programmable thermostat as standard.
